Larry Roberts did an excellent job for the German American Society's event on 11/11/17. We especially appreciated that he played military music appropriate for our Veterans Day celebration. He played a good variety of dance music, too. Several members of the audience told me they really liked his music. His personality was warm and friendly, and his interaction with the audience was very well received especially when he left the stage and went into the audience to play his accordion and sing.

I requested an accordion player only two days before the event and Larry Roberts quickly responded that he was willing to play on such short notice. He was willing to drive the hour and 45 min to get to the destination. He was there ahead of time, setup and ready to play on time. Larry was respectful, well groomed and dressed appropriately. He was sensitive to the group, playing tunes he knew they would be familiar with, toning it down while they were eating, and livelier when they were ready for the dance floor. The event was at an Independent living facility, about 100 residents, averaging 85 years of age. I requested Larry to play polkas and european music as an 89th birthday gift for my Mother at the facility. He gave her just the right amount of attention while entertaining everyone. He was well received, and his personality and talents greatly appreciated!

Mr. Roberts is a delight. He dressed in appropriate Italian attire and came strolling into our cocktail reception playing his accordion and singing familiar Italian melodies. The guests were surprised and very much appreciated the music. Mr. Roberts is not intrusive so when the guests drifted back to conversation, he played background music. We highly recommend Mr. Roberts and plan to use him for future events--he is a gem.
